Atlas Air, Inc., a subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., signed a three-year TrueChoice™ Transitions agreement with GE Aviation for the time and material to repair and overhaul 41 CF6-80C2 engines that power its fleet of Boeing 767-300F aircraft.
"The TrueChoice Transitions agreement ensures OEM material and overhaul workscopes are used to maintain Atlas' CF6-80C2 engines while meeting the carrier's ownership horizon," said Jean Lydon-Rodgers, president and chief executive officer of GE Aviation's Services organization. "GE Aviation is proud to provide this customized service and support to Atlas to help keep their freighters in top performing condition."
